Process and pay employee salaries and allowances accurately and timely.
Maintain confidentiality and manage payroll data including new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
Review and reconcile payroll data to resolve discrepancies.
Address employee inquiries related to payroll and deductions professionally.
Ensure payroll aligns with statutory requirements (e.g., EPF/ETF) and update employee records.
Timely & accurately completion of EPF ETF claim requests
Attending to Labour department, Central Bank & ETF board inquiries
Stay current with tax laws and payroll regulations.
Accurately calculate and withhold taxes; prepare and submit statutory reports.
Assist with year-end payroll tasks and audits.
Maintain and update commission records.
Process and validate commission payouts accurately and on time.
Identify and implement process optimizations within payroll functions.
Participate in system upgrades to enhance payroll processing efficiency.
