Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive for our Learning and Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting monthly orientation and induction programs for new employees, executing the annual training plan, and managing the Learning and Development budget. This role also involves assisting relevant portfolio heads in assessing, executing, and tracking the ROI of training initiatives, along with overseeing learning analytics, impact measurements, and budgets.
The Job
Conduct and continuously enhance the induction and familiarization process for new employees.
Create and update E-Modules in collaboration with vendors and HR subdivisions.
Manage external training logistics, including participant registration, vendor coordination, payment follow-ups, and post-training feedback collection.
Build and maintain relationships with assigned CXO portfolios, ensuring an annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process is initiated and followed up with bi-annual revalidation.
Develop methodologies to enhance professional development through diverse learning opportunities and frameworks.
Identify training needs across the organization and incorporate them into coherent Annual Training Plans.
Implement training according to the quarterly training plan and training calendar. - Control planning, monitoring, and budgeting for training and development initiatives.
Continuously improve the training evaluation process to achieve a Happiness Index of 4 and above.
Evaluate training effectiveness to optimize costs, effectiveness, and ROI.
Ensure all trainer assessments are conducted effectively to maximize organizational returns.
Oversee learning and development operations, ensuring efficient program management processes.
Analyze data requirements and existing data sources to support business questions and identify limitations.
Provide analytical assessments of Learning & Development programs and platforms.
Define SLAs with the business and HRM’s for program management lifecycle.
Manage overall analytics for L&D and develop a learning and development dashboard.
Oversee L&D budgets, conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with group audit and management protocols.
Maintain a comprehensive vendor management database and source resources for the academy.
Design learning journeys and curriculums in collaboration with the Group Technology Academy, ensuring effective implementation.
