Responsible to draft letters to customers, state legal /investigation authorities and other parties covering investigation reports, rejecting requests, updating statuses and delivering other information accordingly
Need to prepare reports relevant to investigations and do critical & comprehensive documentation of group.
Identify and/or issue information in relation to subscriber information, tower locations, unrated call details etc. as per the requests of Court, Senior Law Enforcement Officials nominated by the Ministry of Defence, Public Security, Law & Order and any other law enforcement/government institution.
Ensure that the request letters are in a proper format and as per the applicable law.
Ensure whether disclosure is required / authorized by law and is filtered accordingly whilst exercising diligence and the highest standards required by the law
Responsible to handle manual data bases which are confidential and have ad-hoc requests received.
Require to attend to Special complaints/inquiries from customers/external or internal parties
Required to attend court for court evidence and investigation inquires related to provided information and cx complaints.
Accountable to ensure a quality output at all times, Efficient record keeping, Being Proactive, Enhancing Teamwork within the Unit
