The Job:
Conduct audits for DBS & Partners Retail Experience centers, Customer Interaction centers, Customer Resolution center, and Customer Field Support Service, ensuring adherence to standards.
Communicate audit findings, including failures, risks, impacts, and recommendations, effectively to auditees for corrective action.
Ensure timely submission of audit achievements and distribute comprehensive audit reports promptly.
Maintain 100% accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness in audit operations.
Conduct audits professionally, respecting auditees' time and managing time efficiently.
Foster professionalism, teamwork, and collaboration within the compliance team.
Complete 100% quality and compliance audits for various areas including CRC/NON-CRC SR, GCEO Escalations, CV Loyalty benefits.
Conduct audits on GCEO Escalations, CV Loyalty Benefits, and Activations accuracy samples.
Perform GSD Support Functions audits as per the Group Audit Schedule.
Upload 100% of remote audit data to ensure availability for timely completion of audits.
Analyze top audit issues, report trends, and collaborate on corrective actions with process owners.
Support risk management by identifying and assessing risks and collaborating on resilience efforts.
Conduct fraud investigations, gather evidence, analyze transactions, and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of audit issues.
Produce detailed investigations from audit findings to enhance organizational integrity.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to work processes.
Attend compliance meetings, contribute insights, and participate in calibration sessions.
Collaborate with data analysts to analyze datasets and deliver actionable insights to management.
Develop and deliver training sessions on compliance requirements and internal controls.
Collaborate with HR, legal, or security teams on misconduct investigations and prepare reports.
