Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive for Analytics Skills Development. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing talent management strategies and programs that enhance our organization's analytics capabilities. The successful candidate will establish cross-functional frameworks and processes, drive projects, and monitor the impact of initiatives aimed at developing our analytics talent.
The Job:
Identify and assess the talent needs of the analytics team.
Establish mechanisms to identify and recruit top analytics talent.
Develop and implement strategies for attracting, retaining, and nurturing top analytics talent.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive project execution from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with the HR team to coordinate initiatives for attracting and retaining top talent.
Establish talent identification and incubation processes for new recruits, existing staff, and analytics interns.
Enhance Dialog's employer branding in Analytics and AI.
Forge partnerships with local and international universities and vendors to acquire top talent in Analytics and AI.
Design and implement training and development interventions relevant to Analytics and AI, applying industry best practices.
Create and deliver training programs for analytics employees, including curriculum design and competency evaluations.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to align talent management efforts with organizational goals.
Drive development and certification initiatives across the organization.
Design and lead programs to enhance learning adoption through gamification and rewards.
Maintain accurate records of employee development and performance within the analytics team.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to analytics employees.
Assist with succession planning for key analytics roles.
Provide guidance and coaching to analytics employees on career development.
Organize evaluations to assess maturity and publish results for all divisions and their respective CXOs.
Analyze analytics and AI skill gaps to identify areas for improvement.
Advise CXOs on the analytics and AI skills of staff across the organization.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance analytics and AI skills organization-wide.
Monitor analytics KPIs across all sub-divisions and optimize internal processes for efficiency.
Stay current on best practices in analytics talent management and implement new approaches as needed.
Program manage the Analytics and AI Talent Management pillar.
Perform monthly reviews on analytics talent management and prepare reports for CXOs.
Program manage the Analytics Academy using Jira and Confluence.
Facilitate knowledge sharing with internal and external parties and build coalitions.
Engage in self-learning of new software tools and participate in analytics training and certifications.
