Oversee Charging division operational staff to ensure C1 system uptime meets the 99.9999% target, facilitating seamless mobile, fixed, DTV, and broadband rating/charging. Implement proactive monitoring to minimize downtime and service interruptions, while regularly planning and upgrading the Converged Billing System (CBS) to address issues and integrate new business requirements. Manage tariff and rating updates for tax, quota, and rate revisions, and coordinate with external technical teams for daily operations. Conduct regular customer trend analysis to anticipate and prevent future issues. Supervise vendor support and address operational complaints by identifying and resolving root causes to enhance service reliability.
Lead the Dialog charging domain strategy to align with organizational goals and evaluate the latest telco capabilities to integrate with Dialog’s existing framework after thorough testing. Ensure that new projects and systems adhere to Dialog’s architecture, avoiding major disruptions or deviations from strategy. Represent the Charging Division in organizational discussions, providing governance and strategic input.
Product and service implementation management.
Provide strategic feedback on CBS and charging systems for various projects, manage RAFM system, and support the other supportive platforms for different business needs. Lead CBS rating, billing and charging projects, ensuring scope, resourcing, and delivery, while overseeing other system integration and data management.
Handle bug fixes and system upgrades to ensure smooth operational performance.
Provide necessary consultancy through the technical /Management know how for internal stakeholders to improve operational excellence.
