Responsible to achieve given monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sales targets through the promotion of all available Dialog Enterprise products/ solutions to new and existing customers.
Ensure to comply with standard compliance when acquiring new customers by ensuring proper documentation is in line with the required standards.
Responsible to carryout Bizcare adoption campaign to new and existing customers by providing necessary training and system knowledge.
Responsible to report sales achievement on a timely basis as per the divisional requirement.
Responsible to update and record of all sales activities carried out on a current basis
Constantly source and understand market intelligence from different stakeholders such as customers, none customers, competitions in order to compile and understand market trends and information
Require keeping track of new technology, digital markets and sales related techniques and developments, to be updated accordingly.
Need to visit all customers under the respective teams to ensure they are well secured /revenue growth through cross and up sell and zero Churn.
Responsible to collate customer needs and requirements to specifically identify customer requirements
Require adhering to effective sales policies whilst dealing within the segments and with regards to all issues
