Responsible for achieving the budgeted revenue targets for key accounts within the international connectivity domain
Ensure all internal stakeholders are aligned to the key objectives and lead and drive all teams to achieve revenue, service quality and customer experience targets for key accounts
Engage with key customer base on a consistent basis via one-on-one discussions, participating in meetings, contract negotiations (including pricing, lead time to delivery, and SLAs) and providing assistance to customers with operational concerns, and ensure growth as well as minimal churn of key customer portfolio
Support head of connectivity services to evaluate business trends and formulate strategies and plans for continuous growth, while addressing market risks
Responsible to guide junior account managers in the preparation of periodic operational, performance and adhoc reports for operational and Management review purposes
