The Job
Responsible for planning significant enterprise sales events for the industry, launching sales campaigns to grow the clientele of the appropriate business units, acquiring new corporate clients, and increasing sales and profits with existing clients. Responsible for ensuring that the clientele is kept at 100% and that existing customers are cared for, managed, and upheld to their expectations. Ensure that current clients are handled, cared for, and meet their expectations to retain a 100% client base.
Key Responsibilities
Achieving Sales Targets- Setting and meeting sales goals by managing the sales team effectively
Strategic Planning-Designing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong market presence
Team Management-Recruiting, training, and mentoring sales account managers, as well as setting objectives and monitoring performance
Customer Relationships- Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and creating sales leads.
Reporting- Presenting sales, revenue, and Collections along with realistic forecasts to the management team
Market Analysis- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition
Other Responsibilities
Participate for the annual business planning exercise for effective customer retention of the respective sector
Responsible for planning and execute a sector sales strategy and sales activities in order to achieve targets stipulated by relevant business units.
Responsible for planning special sales promotions relevant to the sector to increase business penetration.
Monitor active engagement of account managers in sales activities to ensure individual and team sales targets are achieved
Ensure the completed sales materialized for revenue Improvement of the team’s sales and account management.
Ensure the existing customers are managed and kept up to their expectations in order to ensure 100% retention of our customer base.
Ensure respective account managers visit/meet customers on a regular basis for customer retention and to build strong customer relationships.
Support Organizing events, promotions and product launches to promote products, attract new business and sales opportunities.
Organize team activities to motivate the team and increase engagement
Review and coach team’s performance regularly to provide guidance in achieving anticipated performance levels
Identify training/development requirements of the team and implement them as required in order to ensure that necessary training is imparted.
Driving partner engagements with key enterprise partners and structurally managing high level VIP relationships along with organizing of corporate events.
Organizing and conducting training programs to enable talent development aimed towards account managers playing more of a consultative role.
