Job Description:
The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for achieving revenue targets for retail sales channels while effectively managing regional teams. This role involves market visits to maintain relationships, capture advertising opportunities, and provide training on DTV advertising solutions.
· Identify and engage key SMEs (Small and medium-sized enterprises) and regional clients not currently advertising on DTV.
· Set and achieve monthly sales targets for regional and retail sales teams.
· Evaluate the creditworthiness of clients and agencies.
· Ensure timely invoicing as per KPI (Key Performance Indicators) targets.
· Develop proposals for advertising properties with guidance from the business development team.
· Ensure the sales team meets visit targets and account management.
· Maximize revenue through strong client relationships.
