The Job
Responsible for architecting, strategizing, and building a commercial operating model for retail sales channel via building trust and strong partnership with Distribution partner network / Business Partner Management to increase channel profitability for the Central Uva/Sabaragamuwa region to ensure sustainable long term growth strategy to increase regional /national revenue and market share of the organization.
Responsible for driving regional sales targets via execution of business strategy/plans/actions by driving set regional targets / KPIs (product revenue, gross adds, net adds, reach, availability, and visibility) to achieve set organization objectives.
Responsible for execution of focused trade strategies for the respective region for indoor/outdoor brand visibility to increase trade dominance and overall brand presence of the region.
Lead a dynamic sales team and help surpass growth goals, by coaching, mentoring, and developing best in class sales team to achieve organizational objectives to increase profitability.
