Participate and involve in the development of business plans whilst providing strategic input for managing assigned geographical territory in order to achieve provincial targets for the achievement of SME Sales objectives.
Establish new strategic initiatives, projects, or tactical methods with the team on a timely basis considering factors such as market gaps, ground reality, provincial strategy etc. to ensure that constant new initiatives are available to drive sales targets.
Provide high level direction and plan to deliver set business plans with respective account managers, provide guidance and expertise in order to achieve of monthly, quarterly and annual targets within the respective assigned geographical territory to achieve regional targets.
Responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets while developing new business funnel functions ensuring, satisfactory revenue is achieved.
Conduct constant visits to the customer base to identify service shortcomings and provide solutions in order to maintain and strengthen the relationship with SME customers.
Execute aggressive business and acquisition plans with respect to secure emerging customer segments and Industries by conducting required promotional campaigns and acquisition drives for different product lines in order to enhance awareness
Responsible for the overall provincial revenue generation including collections responsibility for the province, by reducing bad debts in order to develop the revenue flow.
Ensure performance and a high-level view of performance achievements, trends, etc. are provided to the senior management for reporting and decision making.
Carry out required team meetings, visits and strategic planning to provide direction, focus and to extract the best performance for results from the team and ensure the effectiveness of outcome
