Closely coordinate all internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product roadmap including third party development engagements to ensure timely delivery and quality of third-party digital products that connect to platform maintenance and security within the platform
Identify local product gaps and develop plans to address the same.
Cross functional relationships with product, technology, marketing, design, operations and analytics teams to bring features and solutions to market and grow business opportunities. Work closely with agile teams (Fintech) of Engineers, UX/UI Designer, marketer, data analyst, content strategist and business head.
Monitor customers/users with a keen eye towards understanding consumers, their pain areas and their behavior on the site and mobile application.
Work with Marketing to manage marketing campaigns.
Maintain a log of product backlog, issues, and progress.
Coordinate with the data and analytics team to ensure timely availability of all requisite data and reports.
Ensuring benchmark customer experiences on Fintech Payments Platform including end to end journey experience by working closely with all product owners and CS teams related to Fintech Payments Platform. This will include service level agreements with all product and partnerships on platform and measurement of customer experience and journey tracking.
Ensure all existing and to be developed digital products comply with regulatory, as well as operational, risk and statutory compliance requirements.
Attend to critical CX complaints and coordinate with relevant Stakeholder.
