• Achieving targeted Revenue, EBITA, and ROI through new customer acquisition and innovative product development.
• Studying and launching scalable business models to capture full market revenue potential.
• Controlling and selectively engaging in product/solution launch to optimize DAP resource consumption.
• Achieving key deliverables and activities of relevant products contributing to Enterprise revenue growth and quality of service.
• Evaluating technical feasibility, design optimizations, and other possible issues of product development.
• Managing product life cycle to ensure customer delight.
• Studying existing client base to find out potential new product developments and promotions.
• Engaging with other functions/departments to establish appropriate designs and technology.
• Ensuring product roadmaps are properly executed to bring more business value.
• Leading and executing go to market strategy to ensure products meet customer needs and have proper representation in marketing collateral and channels.
• Providing insights for Annual business planning and enterprise Capex project management meetings.
• Effective use of partnerships and on-boarding new partners by negotiating better terms for DAP.
• Recommending the nature and scope of present and future product lines.
• Determining product pricing by utilizing market research data.
• Liaising with Product development, vendors, and CP to come up with new products based on market research.
• Leading fulfilment and assurance activities to provide solutions of relevant Enterprise Products as Solutions of the Dialog Enterprise business.
• Supporting customers using available resources productively to provide solutions on a range of enterprise products.
• Gathering customer and sales team feedback for continuous improvement.
• Providing technical input while working closely with other backend operational and support teams.
• Executing awareness and training sessions for customers and sales and operational teams on Enterprise Products.
• Building and maintaining strategic relationships with enterprise customers.
• Providing technical support, appropriate solutions, and expertise to secure and promote Enterprise products.
