Craft strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships
Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs
Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence to be competitive in business
Ensure the technology of the platform provides a distinct competitive advantage in terms of performance, customer experience and sustainable cost structures
Responsible for overall security strategy for the platform in order to control information security
Ensure and maintain relevant compliance and related security standards and compliance for the business
Direct and oversee the team concerning complaints to ensure the accomplishment of SLAs
Provide Leadership to IT infrastructure – PC, laptop, internal voice, contact centre, internal network, branches, offices location and franchises to empower and facilitate the needs of the internal and external IT users.
Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new technology to support the app operations team
Set up and operate managed services teams that can monitor app performance and provide support for the platform
Make technology decisions to suit the business expansion plans and scaling potential while ensuring cost of technology choices suit the business lifecycle stage and the margin structures of platform business
Be responsible for managing the CAPEX and OPEX budget allocations for the platform and continuously optimize performance and utilization to enhance ROI on the tech related investments
Ensure the leadership and collaborative culture extends across both internal and external vendor tech teams to co-create world class technology platforms that are scalable seamlessly
