Developing plans to execute strategies and projects within expected timelines, and leading channel planning activities to ensure appropriate budget and cost-effective implementations.
Validating, interpreting, and creating reports and presentations for stakeholders, developing reporting tools, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver analytics and reporting requirements, monitoring regional performance, reviewing sales promotions, supporting field execution of trade plans, and overseeing the analytics team to generate dashboards and sales KPI reports.
Developing business cases to capture market opportunities and counter threats, as well as countering competitor activities in all markets to maintain leadership.
Guide and support sales digitization team in daily basis to drive digital agenda.
Establish proper S&D governance through regular audits and process development.
