In this role, you will play a crucial part in handling and resolving customer complaints related to digital transactions promptly and efficiently. And providing suggestions to improve the digital transaction journey of the WOW Super App.

Monitoring digital transactions on the WOW Super App platform.
Handling digital transactions-related complaints within the given SLAs.
Keep track records of refunds and customer complaints.
Preparation of performance reports and business presentations when required.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the subject related matters.
Ensuring the special projects assigned under product management are executed properly.
