The Purpose
Responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of a brand’s influencer marketing campaigns, build a team of influencer partners for the brand, manage communications, and coordinate with the rest of the marketing team to get maximum impact for their influencer campaigns.
Ultimately, be responsible for increase brand awareness and audience engagement across a range of social platforms and be report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
The Job
Identify and Build Relationships: Connect with prominent influencers and thought leaders, and onboard them by educating them about performance requirements.
Develop and Manage Relationships: Ensure timely delivery of campaigns by maintaining strong relationships with influencers.
Track Competitors and Trends: Research industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and users to devise strategies and stay updated on emerging trends and technologies.
Networking and Events: Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes.
Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute robust influencer marketing strategies across performance, awareness, and retention, including creative campaigns and new approaches.
Client Collaboration: Work with clients to define the right approach for influencers, negotiate fair rates, and ensure agreements are in place.
Project Management: Manage influencer marketing campaigns from initial response to post-campaign reporting, including activation and content creation.
Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, identify successes and areas for improvement, and prepare actionable reports.
Financial Accuracy: Understand finance processes to ensure accuracy in client billings and supplier payments.
Trend Expertise: Stay updated on the latest social media and influencer trends and tools, providing recommendations on new channels and partnership opportunities.
