Develop a comprehensive strategic plan for the product aligned with the overall business plan of the company in keeping with the strategic direction of the Management
Develop a marketing and a pricing strategy for the product ensuring all products have an optimal pricing structure
Set business goals both short term/long term, measuring parameters and define Key Performance Indicators and measuring mechanisms to monitor the performance of the business and ensure the P&L is driven end to end
Evaluate the market, customer preferences, potential growth in each area and forecast revenue and other budgetary requirements
Develop marketing solutions to the products ensuring the achievement of digital shelf optimization and search engine optimization in a consistent manner
Constantly monitor and evaluate the sales performance, market environment, ensure achievement of scalable growth and highlight any deficiencies to the senior management suggesting remedial action.
Guide and monitor the development and designing of product content and campaigns and ensure the achievement of high-performance conversion rates and managing the performances across all Apps
Review, analyse and forecast resource requirements to ensure the achievement of the business objectives cost effectively
Manage the business operations in an efficient and cost-effective manner in order to improve overall efficiency of the business
Identify the different market segments that make up the prepaid domain and mobile data market, understand the aspirations, behaviour and dynamics of each such segment to deliver the best value to each segment
Manage the interactions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the products and services are taken to market within an achievable timeline.
Design suitable methods to attract genuine customers to the network in order achieve the targets for gross/net additions and achieve a market leadership position
Monitor and take timely corrective action in managing deviations that would negatively affect the achievement of business targets.
Update the senior management on a periodical basis on the performance of the product, analysis, competitor information and suggest improvements to be initiated if any
Build, groom and develop a high performing, agile cross functional, business aligned team and guide towards achieving the assigned business targets
Identify skill gaps and other competency requirements and provide suitable development initiatives, coaching/mentoring knowledge sharing and ensure the team members are led towards achieving business goals
Provide regular performance related feedback to the team members and assist in overcoming challenging areas
Develop a Long-range roadmap for the Super App in building the Dialog asset base in the digital space
Ensure the product is in alignment to Dialog’s long-range plan of convergence 3.0 and create an “live style” driven engagement model
Develop a seamless platform operation ensuring the user experience is simplified whilst the monetizing the platform
Initiate performance improvements to the App on a periodical basis ensuring customer satisfaction
Initiate a structured process to ensure data privacy, other governance requirements and mitigating any potential risks
Coordinate with the internal and external stakeholders in planning and initiating campaigns to drive the business plan
Built in the 3rd party assets in Sri Lanka to ensure the App reach the status of Lifestyle app in Sri Lanka.
Develop data analytics and data insight methodology to drive the business
Continuously evaluate and use available technology, digital tools to improve customer experience
Develop a comprehensive framework for Digital Social Media channels for customers to engage with BUs
Monitor customer usage of social media and make recommendation and get support from adoption teams for improvements
Develop a structured process to monitor customer preferences, satisfaction levels, cart abandonment ratios and initiate action to rectify any negative feedback
