Head - Analytics Transformation

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a visionary and strategic General Manager - Analytics Transformation to lead our AI and Analytics transformation initiatives. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for driving Dialog Axiata's transformation into Sri Lanka's Pioneer AI-Driven Company. Your key focus will be expanding business returns, achieving a 10%+ EBITDA contribution through the development and execution of data-driven strategies. You will report directly to the Group Chief Analytics & AI Officer (GCAAO) and collaborate with senior leadership to shape the future of AI and Analytics within Dialog and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and lead the end-to-end AI and Analytics Transformation strategy for the Dialog Group in alignment with business objectives.

· Identify, evaluate, and prioritize use-cases for AI-driven transformation, ensuring maximum business value and alignment with long-term goals.

· Manage the Analytics Control Tower, overseeing the full cycle from use-case scoping, development, and monitoring to performance reporting and decision-making on continuation or discontinuation of projects.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness in People, Process, Data, and Technology, driving AI transformation across all major business units.

· Lead recruitment, talent development, and industry collaboration efforts to position Dialog as the Employer of Choice for AI and Analytics talent.

· Represent Dialog in cross-Opco initiatives with Axiata Group to enhance Analytics capabilities across the group.

· Drive continuous improvement and benchmarking of Dialog’s AI and Analytics capabilities against industry best practices, ensuring alignment with business plans and long-term strategies.
