Responsible to manage product roadmap of OneCRM / SEAL.
Enable and support digitalization initiatives within the division and organization.
Facilitate development teams with agile methodologies to practice scrum in work environments.
Attend to critical issues of production systems with the support of operations staff and external solution providers.
