Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Lead for Digital Platforms Strategy and Implementation. The successful candidate will understand stakeholder requirements and develop functional solutions that meet the entire scope of requirements, taking end-to-end ownership of the solution. You will liaise with multiple products, solutions, and vendor teams to achieve a working and acceptable solution for every project, whether it involves change or new development.
The Job:
Bridge the gap between software developers (both internal and external) and system requirement owners from various Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to enhance customer experience through new system features and improved business processes.
Continuously strive to improve existing processes to ensure peak efficiency and usability.
Ensure that requirements align with organizational vision, goals, and objectives, including Customer Experience and Future Today initiatives.
Conduct individual and group interviews, steering discussions towards productive outcomes.
Facilitate user validation of identified requirements against business objectives.
Maintain optimal documentation levels within established Business Analysis (BA) practices, ensuring constant updates based on frequent changes.
Demonstrate knowledge of elicitation techniques, value chain management, SWOT analysis, root cause analysis, gap analysis, UML diagrams, and other visualization techniques.
Conduct domain and impact analysis, identify stakeholders, and engage them in requirement elicitation.
Innovate new solutions to meet market demands and conceptualize the product roadmap for the owning platform.
Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
Drive the execution of high-level product roadmaps into features and product delivery, translating business requirements effectively.
Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-user perspective.
Collaborate closely with developers, production, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates across primary market segments.
Participate in the product development process by identifying user requirements and turning them into user stories, user journeys, and visual wireframes.
Monitor and report product performance updates for management decision-making.
