Lead and execute multi-platform digital marketing campaigns and innovations, including overseeing paid media advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Meta, publishers, influencers/KOLs, and tech partners
Constantly research new innovations and growth areas, conducting Test & Learn experiments to identify potential growth opportunities
Develop a deep understanding of mobile assets offerings, digital advertising, and consumer targets to lead effective advertising programs using insightful creatives and best-in-class segmentation
Manage Dialog's online initiatives, including planning and managing updates of products for Dialog’s brands across its online platforms (includes analytics, tracking, tagging requirements) and social media channels such as Meta, TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter) and others
Identify, initiate, and manage long-term digital partnerships with entities like Google, Meta, content publishers, and others
Own and measure campaign effectiveness, online brand engagement (e.g., bought media conversion, online portal traffic and conversion, mobile app, etc.) and brand health in the digital landscape
Contribute to implementing online ideas and strategies across both bought and owned media to drive brand recognition, acquisition, usage, and retention for Dialog brands and services
Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs such as conversions, lead generation, revenue attribution, and digital campaign reports
Ensure all materials and communications are consistent with corporate guidelines, ATL/BTL, brand strategy, and key campaign objectives
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams or any relevant stakeholders on customer acquisition initiatives
Liaise with key partners (e.g., Google, Meta, X (Twitter)), advertising & media agencies to ensure that all briefs and deliverables are met and aligned with the brand essence and campaign objectives
