Associate Lead Business Analyst

Job Purpose:  

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Lead Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our software developers (both internal and external) and the system requirement owners from various Strategic Business Units (SBUs). The primary focus of this role is to enhance customer experience through the development of new system features and improved business processes in the Provisioning and Fulfillment space. You will collaborate with Core Network teams, VAS teams, and the internal Charging team to ensure that all system requirements accurately reflect defined business processes and fully support all components of functional business requirements.  

The Job: 

• Master the current Provisioning systems, specifically Flowone, and configure and code provisioning logic.  

• Write provisioning specifications for vendors that transform business requirements into network logic.  

• Enhance customer experience for business owners, developers, and QA members by improving documentation methods, processes, and techniques.  

• Revisit and refine business processes to increase efficiency and provide better service to customers.  

• Identify user segments and prepare a list of clarifications.  

• Conduct individual and group interviews, steering discussions towards productive outcomes.  

• Facilitate user validation of identified requirements against business objectives.  

• Utilize standard processes, procedures, and templates to document requirements using clear and understandable language, complemented by illustrations (data flow diagrams, wireframes, etc.).  

• Research industry solutions for similar problems and discuss formulated solutions with peers and superiors to arrive at practical and feasible outcomes.  

• Identify UAT cases, prepare and execute them, and set up the necessary data.  

• Investigate new technologies and functionalities in billing systems to contribute to the enhancement of existing systems.  

• Understand system features and prepare user-friendly manuals with navigation, images, and step-by-step instructions.  

• Provide classroom-based and on-the-job training to divisional trainers and end-users.  

• Design solutions for products in compliance with architecture and roadmap.  

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for delivery teams during implementations.  

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for provisioning-related projects executed by the CRM and Billing teams.  

• Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions by consulting with internal and vendor teams.  

• Understand coding and write scripts in PL/SQL and Java.
