Translate Home BU strategic objectives into KPIs, align them with corporate planning, product owners and track performance.
Create and maintain dashboards for real-time KPI visibility and data-driven decision-making.
Lead and present performance review meetings with senior management, providing insights and actionable data recommendations

Act as the Home and Fixed BU SPOC for BU governance and risk identification
Identify and prioritize key home and fixed projects crucial for meeting business unit goals.
Work with business/support units to identify opportunities for leveraging organizations data to drive business
