Oversee CAPEX and OPEX budget utilization, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. 

Establish performance measurement framework and implement corrective actions to achieve objectives. 

Facilitate effective implementation of OKRs to ensure strategic alignment and success. 

Deliver timely reports to senior management for effective business performance monitoring. 

Produce high-quality reports to uncover critical business insights for strategic decision-making. 

Coordinate with BI team to translate insights into actionable business data. 

Ensure seamless communication with CP team on business performance and planning. 

Proactively manage budgeting process and provide financial analysis and controls. 

Provide monthly cost utilization reports to business teams to ensure budget adherence. 

Prepare quarterly and annual reports for Investment Committee with accurate information. 

Manage partner settlement process, resolving disputes for mutual benefit. 

Collaborate with auditors to provide required financial information and support audits. 

Identify opportunities to streamline finance operations through automation. 

Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives. 

Monitor and evaluate financial processes, recommending necessary improvements. 

Collaborate across teams to drive platform growth and profitability.
