Our sales operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline ordersA bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and morePut simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.
The role of a premier account manager is to accurately create and maintain online pages for customer accounts, supporting the submission of on line information that enables frictionless order processing (where appropriate)The cm will maintain customer pricing files with account contacts and other information and will facilitate order audit and quality control processes.
Responsible for coordinating, conducting and documenting high complexity order processing projects and communicating results to management.
Works on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
Communicate global portal and premier pages maintenance issues to sales and i/t.
Help resolve order processing issues associated to on line ordering
Form direct relationships with both internal sales teams and where appropriate external customers / partners while working with internal cross-functional groups.
Knowledge of dsa application
Understanding product roadmap
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and strong customer focus
Attention to details
Knowledge of dell products advantageous
Education and experience
Requires 5+ years of related experience with a bachelors’ degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience
