Business Developer / Sales for Translation Services - Commissions only

Day Translations is in search of an experienced, professional, and hard-working person to work in sales with us. In this job, you will be working on cold leads plus warm leads and hot leads. You will be responsible for much of the sales pipeline including finding prospects, following up on our own lists and much more. We need someone who is energetic, persistent, tech-savvy, and organized for this job.

Day Translations is seeking to hire B2B Sales Representatives to join our sales department and work closely with our CEO to close B2B leads. The ideal candidate is a commission-driven person who can do B2B sales persistently even in the face of rejection. This position focuses on B2B clients so your commissions' rate will be substantial as we will be pursing leads worth thousands of dollars. You will be provided with the software, email, leads, and tools in order to be successful in this position. Experience using the CRM Pipedrive is a plus but not a requirement. You are however expected to have your own computer and Internet connection.

Since the position is on a commissions-only pay system, you will be able to work any schedule you want. We only request you to provide us a range of times where you will be able to commit to us. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to have unlimited earnings potential as you control your income. We offer very attractive commissions systems that will be discussed during the interview. You can also work other positions or jobs as long as you are willing to sign an NDA with us.

Requirements:

• Professional, Self-disciplined, and fast learner.
• Equipment to work remotely and a stable internet connection.
• An ability to grasp clients’ needs and to increase customer engagement.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Strong decision-making, attention to detail, organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native or C1 level).
