The Role:We are seeking an Event Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing and Events team. You will be primarily responsible for helping to own and create the webinar & event calendar, supporting content, promotional materials, end-to-end event logistics and speaker coordination.

How You Will Make an Impact:- Assist in creating and owning the event & webinar content calendar
- Project manage event and webinar timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication
- Work cross-functionally to create landing pages and promotional content such as email campaigns and digital ads
- Coordinate with the Partnership Success and Channel Partnerships team to source co-speakers
- Manage all end-to-end live/virtual event & webinar logistics including internal kick-offs, speaker coordination, registration management, day-of coordination, coordinating shipments and tracking, invoice management, reporting, debriefs, and follow up
- Travel to the live/hybrid events to assist with booth and event set up/tear down, on-site coordination, and represent the DailyPay brand
- Create webinar surveys, polls, questions and act as a moderator (if necessary)
- Conduct, gather and analyze market research to identify new event opportunities
- Develop benchmark criteria to measure the effectiveness of the webinar program and recommend improvements as required; report on the existing event benchmark data
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or another related field of study
- 3+ years of work experience in marketing, events or webinars
- Great project manager, extremely organized, and detail/deadline oriented
- Has an understanding of the marketing funnel and how events & webinars support
- Always bringing fun and creative ways to increase participation and engagement for events & webinars
- Ability to travel (some weekends required)
- Desire to learn how to make hybrid events successful
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Technology savvy
- Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required
- You have worked in field marketing or other live events
- You have an understanding of Zoom Webinar and/or other webinar platforms
- You have experience marketing to HR or payroll professionals
- You have email marketing experience
