As a talent manager for DL Remote, you will target, approach and qualify tech professionals who could be a good match for the open positions of our customer base.Experience & skills we are looking for:

• Minimum of 3 years experience and a related successful track record as a tech recruiter or in a similar role
• Detailed understanding of key roles, technical requirements and current industry trends across at least 2 of the following tech-related hiring areas
  • Software Development
  • Data Science & Analysis
  • Product Management & UX
  • Devops
  • Growth, Online Marketing or Tech Solution Sales
• BA/BSC degree or similar, preferably with scope on one or more of the above-mentioned focus areas
• Experience and passion for digital talent relationship management SaaS tools
• Excellent communication skills
