What You’ll Do
You will develop and maintain knowledge resources within a great documentation team, and conduct internal and customer trainings.
The successful Trainer/Technical writer will have the flowing skills and experience:
3+ years of technical writing and training experience.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and experience working with content in multiple mediums. Spanish would be a plus.
Ability to collaborate with various departments, communicate with product managers, developers, engineers and testers and expose accurate and up to date information.
Comfortable working in an international environment, handling complex systems and customer facing relationship.
Ability to travel to customer sites
A SaaS/cloud experience is required and candidates with experience in the Broadcast / Media workflow industry (Ingest, Media processing, Scheduling, MAM, Playout etc) will be looked on very favourably.
