Crowdbotics offers a self-serve app builder and access to on-demand development talent through its SaaS platform. We’re looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to help increase awareness of the Crowdbotics brand, drive demand, facilitate product adoption and engagement, and — at the end of the day — increase revenue.
The ideal candidate is a “full-stack” marketing generalist, shading towards the technical, with strong writing skills. The Content Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and will manage a team of paid content contributors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase organic search traffic
- Attract and convert qualified leads with compelling content, both written and visual
- Facilitate use of the product by writing product tutorials and walkthroughs
- Write high-quality posts for the Crowdbotics blog including case studies, new feature highlights, interesting use cases, and more
- Solicit, edit, and publish contributing content from users and the Crowdbotics Community
- Copywriting for Crowdbotics website(s), product, emails, ads, and more
- Create sales enablement material such as decks, pdfs, and whitepapers
- Manage Crowdbotics social media properties
- Manage marketing email drips for a variety of user types in the Crowdbotics CRM
- Serve as a subject matter expert for non-technical Crowdbotics users
- Create strategies for facilitating the creation of user-generated content
- Define and report on the success of our content strategy
Requirements:
- 5+ years of content marketing at mid-size technology, SaaS, web development business
- Excellent writing and editing skills — a compelling storyteller
- An output-driven approach to content production.
- Strong eye for branding and design with basic graphic design skills
- Technical SEO proficiency
- Well versed in operationalizing API data for content purposes
- Able to prioritize a shifting backlog of content opportunities — excellent project management skills
- Ability to experiment and iterate quickly in a fast growth environment
- Experience with Hubspot MAS, CRM, and Service Hub
- Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills
Bonus attributes:
- CS or web development background
- Product Marketing experience
- Have built product or micro-sites with headless CMS
- UX, UI and/or graphic design experience
- Experience using Webflow (including Webflow CMS Collections)
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
- You hack or build software projects in your spare time
- You publish regularly on technical topics
- You are an open source contributor
- Remote work experience
- Previous experience selling mobile or web app development services

- Create a reliable system for capturing, publishing, and promoting user testimonials
- Promote projects successfully built with Crowdbotics
- Contribute in-product content and other customer-facing copy
- Develop a scalable process for in-house video content production
- Own new email marketing initiatives and outcomes
- Define our 2022 roadmap for organic marketing content, product tutorials/walkthroughs, and sales enablement
- Become an expert on building apps using the Crowdbotics platform
In the first 90 days, you will…
- Map our path to our 2022 target revenue from owned channels
- Manage a growing roster of paid and community content contributors
