This role is specific to supporting client’s efforts to monitor and improve its servicing operations through a performance-management systemThe analyst assists in the development and management of the system that monitors client’s operational performance.
The analyst will have a variety of responsibilities and roles including business analysis, reporting & dashboard, developing predictive models and project managementThis position requires a refined analytical skillset and the ability to communicate complex business financial issues quickly and succinctly to management.
The analyst must have excellent, analytical, problem solving, research, interpretive, and decision-making skills, and the ability to take initiative and work under minimal supervision, and work under time pressure and deadlines and juggle multiple prioritiesThis role requires strong relationship management skills and must have the ability to collaborate with people at all levels throughout the organization.
Prepare the daily, weekly, monthly business performance management dashboards.
Analyze performance, using statistical analysis & data mining programs such as r, sas, stata, or spssSql or other programming may also be usedIdentify trends, patterns and relationships in the data that provide actionable insight.
Present findings using data visualization techniques to present the results in understandable formats for use by the decision makers within the company.
Provide business and technical support as required for the performance management system for both external and internal users
Develop predictive models to forecast historical trends into future expectable results.
Document the data gathering, analysis and reporting procedures for assigned activities.
May have direct client contact in support the client relationship process.
Bachelor’s degree in finance or an analytical discipline is required.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial services focusing on financial, portfolio or operational performance analysis; mortgage servicing operations preferred.
Experience with business intelligence platforms such as qlik, power bi, tableau, looker, or other bi tools.
Experience with pl/sql or t-sql, python, r, sas or spss.
Experience using ssis, alteryx, talend or other etl technologies
Experienced in using excel, word, and powerpoint.
