About the Job
We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist - Revenue Marketing to help drive growth of the Comfy brand. The position will focus on customer acquisition, retention and expansion using a variety of strategies and tactics. This is an opportunity for a creative, collaborative, and data-driven individual to have a major impact in developing a prioritized technology vertical in the Siemens’ portfolio.
Objectives
Coordinate Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs from conception to execution, to post-program recap.
Salesforce lead management - Ensure timely qualification of incoming leads, lead assignments, and monitor the conversion to opportunities.
Development of Account Based Marketing (ABM) content in partnership with copywriters and graphic designers.
Build and maintain email nurturing lists and campaigns in Pardot in partnership with internal and external marketing operations teams.
Manage the digital agency to maintain website functionality, build landing pages, and refresh content.
Manage third-party vendors to ensure content distributed from promotion venues are in-line with brand messaging and business objectives.
Partner with our parent company, Siemens, for integrated marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts
Assist in creation of graphics to support other marketing and business functions (ex: solution sheets, trace show signage, presentations, etc.)
Measure weekly and monthly funnel fluctuations, conversion rates, and visitor trends. Develop standardized dashboards and reports to communicate performance to key stakeholders.
Required Qualities
4+ years revenue and digital marketing experience.
Digital marketing expertise, with demonstrated success creating and executing multichannel programs at scale.
Passionate self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
Excellent communication skills(oral and written) and creative abilities to generate amazing content that will be leveraged across a variety of venues.
Results-oriented and data-driven, with the experience working cross-functionally with creatives, product teams, sales and other marketing functions.
Knowledge of web analytics and SEO techniques, to contribute ideas and programs that will increase traffic and quality leads from the website.
Ability to organize and execute campaigns, keeping appropriate project documentation and management reporting.
Ability to work in marketing systems (SFDC / Pardot) to track lead processes, communicating closely with sales management and reps.
Collaborative attitude, with ability to negotiate cooperative solutions within Comfy | Enlighted and across other Siemens teams.
Ability to negotiate with outside vendors for lead generation promotion and content syndication.
