Venture Development Intern with focus on Marketing (all genders)

The Venture Development team of Vicoland is a group of high-potentials defining and executing value-driving projects in all business development areas. You will closely partner with the founders & our management to identify new growth opportunities as well as ensure our commercial operations.
You will esepcially help us to build and establish a Marketing department at Vicoland. You will actively participate in driving our go-to-market strategy by managing all our Marketing activities.

Tasks

• Optimize our marketing activities (Social Media Marketing, Online Marketing, etc.) across all channels to bring traffic and revenues.
• Scale-up our marketing activities in new markets.
• Restructure and SEO-optimize our website.
• Set KPIs to track our performance.
• Create ad-hoc analyses and reports to improve our business development and marketing activities.
• Come up with new ideas to improve our performance.

Requirements

• High level of motivation, ambition and drive to achieve excellent results
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Good communication skills in German are benficial
• A top-of-class degree in a business related area at a leading university
• Exceptional analytical skills, strong attention to detail & hands-on mentality
• Gained relevant work experience in Marketing
• Good understanding of digital business models
• Pragmatic, high-level of organizational skills and a quick learner
• Feeling comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Having an entrepreneurial spirit and you are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
