Currently, we are looking for you as (Senior) Project Manager for digital content creation (all genders) - whether in one of our offices or remotely.

What you will contribute:
- Lead the content design and creation work on a learning management system for a very renowned client with cross-functional teams and sometimes partner agencies
- Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to always chase the best possible outcome by following a joint vision, and act as a stakeholder to the evolution of the platform
- Drive constant optimization of the way we work, in the project, cross-department, and as a partner for our client
- Constantly manage stakeholder expectations and communicate transparently around budget, timings and scope
- Empower the project team by leveraging your expertise around communication workshops, retrospectives and other team building activities
- Provide stability and clarity around topics surrounded in complexity and uncertainty
What you have to bring:
- Three years of proven project management experience in digital content creation
- Experience guiding the client through workshops and feedback sessions
- Experience in working with Jira, Confluence and MS Project
- Fluent German
- Very good and relevant English language skills (C2)
- You highly enjoy working in an environment with flat hierarchies and are a true motivator and mediator for your colleagues
