Senior Growth Analyst

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and Tableau (BI).
• Experience with Google Cloud, MongoDB, Git, Apache Airflow, or similar products is an advantage.
• Ability to apply probability theory and statistics in practice.
• A mathematical/analytical background is an advantage.
• Understanding of unit economics and product metrics, general knowledge of web technologies.
• Experience with complex product analysis and a customer journey.
• Ability to quickly gather necessary data and make decisions based on it.
• Experience in solving data engineering tasks will be a plus.

Key responsibilities:

• Proactively finding insights, generating business growth hypotheses, and evaluating them in terms of business value.
• Independently search for growth points along the current funnel.
• Build and implement a regular hypothesis testing process.
