Job title: DevOps Engineer

Location: Phoenix, Minneapolis, Chicago or Oklahoma City. Initially remote, but they will want them to be able to go onsite in the future

DevOps Engineer to help plan and execute the direction the organization should take within DevOps. An ideal candidate will have an infrastructure background, previous experience working with Azure, IaC tools, and CI-CD pipelines. Responsibilities:

• Define and deploy Development, Integration, Data Science, Staging and Production environments

• Finalize environment and migration design and automation within day to day operations

• Deliver code through development and production environments by way of standard practices, tools and automation

• Mentor team members to grow skill and prepare for future growth with the company

• Research and introduce new technologies to the environment as appropriate

• Build and maintain environment deployment pipelines on Azure DevOps and Python toolchain

• Complete interview training and participate in interviews

• Contribute to the continued maturation of development processes

• Contribute to the communication and adherence of the teams to technology standards and architectural guidelines

• Review processes and procedures with an eye for performance and efficiency

Skills:

• 5+ years of DevOps engineering or related experience

• 5+ years of experience in working in enterprise development environments

• Experience in Azure, and/or AWS Cloud Platforms

• Experience with Automated Build Pipelines with Containerized Software

• Working knowledge of Microsoft ARM or Terraform configuration management

• Experienced with Automation, designing reusable platforms, PaaS/IaaS, Deployable Infrastructure (In Code Repositories), Deployment planning and execution

• Take ownership of production readiness
