As an Application/Cloud Security Architect, you will lead our firm’s efforts to build a world-class information security function while helping our clients solve challenging issues. In this role, you will work with our highly experienced teams to put in place security practices and tooling that are foundation to delivering technical solutions with excellence to our clients. When serving clients, you will combine tactical and strategic insights with the transformative impact of technology, unlocking new value and leading companies through times of change for a diverse set of clients in industries such as Life Sciences, Consumer Packaged Goods, High Tech, Manufacturing, and Energy.
Main Responsibilities
• Achieve a balance between meeting client obligations, supporting their needs, contributing to business development and developing capabilities for the firm
• Coordinate with information security experts from our parent Rockwell Automation to leverage their experience and processes in order to develop ones that are specific to the needs of Kalypso
• Define and deploy hybrid ecosystem (cloud and on-prem) security architecture for applications and infrastructure, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals
• Lead technical discussions to develop solutions for clients
• Write, propose and present technical designs both internally and to clients
• Degree in Science, Engineering, or IT preferred
• At least 3 – 4 years of technical working experience
• Experience with designing, implementing and testing application security
• Consulting experience and competency in ISO 27001:2013, NIST Cybersecurity Framework
• Cloud security certification or other
• Ability to establish effective working relations in a team environment
• Effective organization and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines and changing priorities
• Extensive knowledge in AWS and/or Azure deployments
• Scripting using terraform or CloudFormation, CDN
• Assess, design, implement, automate, and document security infrastructure for applications in cloud, on-prem and hybrid infrastructure ecosystems
• Deep knowledge of Linux (RHEL and CentOS) and Windows (10, Server 2021-2019) systems
• Fluent in networking, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Load Balancers, Firewalls, CASB, DNS, HTTPS, Federation, SSO, Active Directory, Security, Encryption, SSL/TSL certificates
• Experienced with NIST, ISO, HIPAA, EU GDPR, etc.
• Experience with penetration testing, hardening, Antivirus, Vulnerability assessment
• Knowledge of PLM software solution capabilities, such as Oracle Agile, PTC Windchill, Matrix One, TeamCenter, Eigner, Dassault, Polarion, etc., preferred
• Experience in working with the following: Java, SQL, XML, JSON, Web Service Integrations (acceptable C#, .Net)
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication English skills
