Bluebeam is looking for a motivated junior professional seeking resume building experience as a Technical Talent Sourcer.
As a remote member of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a critical role in attracting Engineering and Product top talent. You’ll use your outgoing and charming nature to connect with people all across the U.S.; sharing the story of Bluebeam and how they can be a part of it. Through identifying and attracting diverse talent we have the opportunity to shape our growing teams. Your contribution to this is no small part! You will be a valued member of the team whom Recruiters look to for strategy and creative solutions. This opportunity will be a full-time (eligible for benefits!) from May through September 2021 with potential for extension beyond that time.

What you’ll do:- Act as the face of Bluebeam to your *potential* future teammates, providing a great first impression that embodies the down to earth culture and people-centric philosophy of Bluebeam
- Develop and manage diverse recruiting pipelines by actively seeking and attracting talent from various databases and short-listing qualified candidates
- Communicate Bluebeam’s core values, total rewards, and role specifics via phone or email
- Become an expert in software development roles and screening techniques
- Support to the Talent Acquisition team in phone screens and interview scheduling
- Experience sourcing and attracting talent (or customers) through diligent prospecting and thoughtful communication
- Experience working effectively as a remote team member
- Curiosity and notetaking to develop true understanding of ideal candidate backgrounds
- Ability to accurately assess resume fit through an effective review process
- Great instincts with people; ability to collaborate well with many different personality types
- Unafraid to ask questions and build relationships with internal and external customers
- Comfort with software/technology and ability to learn new programs easily (Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, StackOverflow)
