We have several offices in the US, as well as Stockholm, Copenhagen, London, Munich and Brisbane We’re now looking for a self motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Australia.
This role can be either a full remote or hybrid, depending on where you are based in Australia.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a front-line contact for our APAC customers by answering technical support inquiries.
- Advise on technical issues and best practices, helping them achieve the desired end-result for our products using documentation, email via our ticketing system and by phone.
- Create and translate internal and external documentation for technical issues and known best practices.
- Analyze, verify, find workarounds and/or report software bugs to Senior specialists and our engineering department.
- Act as an advocate for the customer and effectively communicate feedback to and from internal departments.
- Work closely with our European and US support teams via Slack, email and video conferencing.
- Assist internal teams understanding technical issues for our internal systems and subscription services.
- Assist with other miscellaneous projects as assigned - because you’re flexible! This includes working inter-departmentally to support Bluebeam philosophies and goals.
What we're looking for in you
- Customer service skills, help our customers solve problems with a positive attitude and helpful spirit.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Minimum 2 years of Technical Support experience dealing with external customers preferably within a software/hardware technology or IT company.
- Solid technical/computer proficiency, good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Windows OS (10,11), web browsers, as well as Cloud/SaaS solution and subscription license management.
- Strong troubleshooting methodology
- Well organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize numerous tasks and job responsibilities
Bonus points if you have previous experience in:
- PDF software
- CAD software
- AEC industry
- JIRA, Confluence, or Salesforce
- CompTIA or Microsoft MTA Certifications
- Supporting SaaS environments, Integrations and APIs
