Bluebeam Inc, is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Product Manager who will be responsible for leading substantial areas of internal tools, API integrations and customer facing portals. You will collaborate with cross functional teams across Product, Engineering, Delivery Management, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Operations to define a clear vision and roadmap, identifying prioritized problems to solve that ultimately drive key results for the business.
Here's what we’d like to see in you:
- 3+ years of product management experience
- You love to collaborate closely with product delivery teams to provide clear direction on agile product backlog, epics and user story requirements and feature delivery for Salesforce and AWS systems
- You excel at prioritizing competing requirements including features, bugs, enabler work, and tech debt; working regularly with a scrum team to refine and add detail where needed.
- You work well with core product teams made up of a Product Manager, Product Designer, and Lead Engineer to plan new initiatives and subsequently shepherd through delivery
- You have helped deliver the go-to-market (ie. Training, industry discussions, partner and customer presentations) elements required to support capabilities in new releases.
- You take pride in providing mentorship for more junior product managers on your team.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Base Pay Range: $125,700 - $172,700 annually
