Bluebeam’s Product team is seeking an execution and data-oriented strategist with strong communication skills to join the product team as a Sr. Product Manager. This role will drive and influence Bluebeam’s product roadmap and the solutions we deliver to the industry.
You will be expected to identify and prioritize the value we deliver to our customers while keeping delivery teams aligned and driving towards our future.
What you’ll do:
- Own a product area and deliver against company objectives, key metrics, and bottom-line results
- Manage the product roadmap, define high-level initiatives, acceptance criteria, success metrics, build epics & stories for your product
- Launch new features and products
- Collaborate within your team and across the organization to identify requirements and metrics through effective customer outreach and research
- Align with your cross-functional team of designers and engineers
- Co-author new initiatives in alignment with organizational and product objectives
- Analyze customers, markets, and opportunities to balance risk, technical complexity, and value
- Communicate clearly and drive decisions forward while ensuring alignment and transparency across the company
- Facilitate the creation & maintenance of documentation
- Coordinate & partner with cross-functional partners such as Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Support
What you’ll need:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, SaaS experience preferred
- Practical experience with user interviews & research. Ability to identify underserved needs within the AEC domain.
- Gather metrics and interpret qualitative & quantitative data
- Demonstrated experience launching solutions, identifying key metrics, and delivering business impact
- A mix of user empathy, analytical mindset, and business acumen
- Knowledge of agile practices with Jira experience
- Ability to rally and mobilize people within your team & across teams, so they’re rowing in the same direction
- Strong storytelling skills to present ideas clearly, while tailoring the message for the audience
- Strategy & Leadership
- Ability to map out a path to deliver results, despite ambiguity
- Abstract thinking and skills to synthesize large amounts of information to drive a decision
- Visionary thinking to anticipate what may happen on distant time horizons (1 year +)

- Insight to ask the right questions, identify any available options, and make a recommendation
