What we are looking for:
On a typical day, the Sr. Channel Account Manager might develop a sales plan to help a reseller achieve a goal, organize, and lead a quarterly business review, forecast the business, drive pipeline calls, highlight best practices to the team, secure investments from partners, identify industry trends, holds a partner accountable or share ideas for a new training activity.
You will manage a select group of partners to build a sales pipeline and strategy to exceed sales goals, mentor Account Managers, investigate industry trends, and lead as a problem solver that can identify and drive projects.
What you’ll do:
You’ll accurately forecast on behalf of your partners by understanding their business opportunities and strategy, as well as lead quarterly business reviews to discover, define, maintain, and execute on meeting or exceeding mutually defined goals in the partnership.
- You will lead weekly pipeline reviews to maintain visibility into opportunities and coach partners as a Bluebeam expert on our sales methodology.
- A critical piece to your success is having strong follow through and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- You thrive on identifying sales opportunities and gaps within reseller relationships to encourage investments.
What we would like to see in you:
- 5+ years in Channel Management.
- Keen communication skills to motivate different levels of Leadership. Everything from Sr. level leadership to C-Suite.
- Build strong relationships within each reseller.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Accurate forecast and pipeline management.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the industry and channel trends.
- Project Management experience.
- You thrive on identifying sales opportunities and gaps within reseller relationships to encourage investments.
- BA/BS
Nice to haves:
- Salesforce
- Technology and AEC experience preferred

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best in class benefits, with 100% employee covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off. Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities. Base Pay Range: $105,800 - $132,100
