As the Director of Sales, Americas you will be very hands on and client facing, working closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure proper alignment, maintaining, and cultivating strategic customer relationships, coordinating sales and marketing activities, and developing local GTM strategies while acting as a champion for Bluebeam’s long-term grown and success in the region.
Here's what we’d like to see in you:
- Proven experience in SaaS sales leadership (channel and direct), with a track record of exceeding targets
- A visionary mindset, with the ability to drive innovation and adapt to market trends
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Deep understanding of forecasting and sales methodologies (meddic, challenger)
- 10+ years of SaaS sales experience
- 7+ years of people management experience
- Knowledge of the AEC/O is a plus
- Experience in a global matrix-based organization is advantageous.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best in class benefits, with 100% employee covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off. Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities. Base Pay Range: $149,400 - $186,700 plus eligible commissions
