The Director of Marketing Communications will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing integrated communication strategies and content creation to promote Bluebeam products and services.
Working closely with Product, Creative, Demand Generation, Field Marketing and others, the Director of Marketing Communication will produce communication touchpoints via short/long form content (like blogs and white papers), campaign assets, external corporate communications, and press releases.
What you'll do:
Communications/Messaging - Designs, develops, and distributes consistent themes, messaging and branding throughout all communication touchpoints including sales and marketing collateral, tradeshow and corporate conferences, search engine optimization, website updates, PR and email automation. Understands and sets guidance for cross-functional brand relationship within the Nemetschek group as well as maintains brand voice and messaging guidelines, in coordination with the Creative Director.
Corporate Events – Create and oversee the production of corporate events to ensure appropriate event goals are met. This would include things like corporate messaging and theme, logistics, speaker and content management, sponsorships, etc.
Content Marketing - Manage the creation and delivery of content required by the business through close interaction with Product, Demand Gen, Field Marketing, Third parties and others. Maintain content audits and refresh/retire content and communications as needed.
Media relations - Proactively pitch thought leadership content/themes to relevant media outlets and actively monitor global media channels. The director of marketing communications would manage responses, when appropriate, to negative/incorrect brand sentiment as well as establish a global reporting framework for media relations for all regional teams. Media training of Bluebeam employees would also follow under the remit of the Marketing Communications Director.

- BA/BS degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
- MBA, or 5-7 years of experience leading a Marketing Communications team
- Strong analytical, writing, internal and external communication skills
- Global experience, preferred
- Experience managing agencies, preferred
- Experience running corporate events, preferred
- Experience managing content production, preferred
