We are now looking for a Channel Account Development Manager to join us in Munich to further assist in our growth for the Southern European market. About the role
As a member of our Channel Sales team you will initially be given the opportunity to manage a set list of reseller accounts across France, Spain and Italy to help the business achieve it's full potential through a combination of sales methodology, enablement, and demand generation efforts. We're also looking for someone to further grow our reseller network in this region and bring onboard new channel partners. The Southern European construction market has huge potential, and this role will really utilise your business development expertise!
Role Specifics
- Grow business by meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Accurately forecast on behalf of your partners by understanding their business, opportunities, and strategy.
- Lead quarterly business reviews to discover, define, maintain, and execute on meeting or exceeding mutually defined goals in the partnership.
- Lead weekly pipeline to maintain visibility into opportunities, and co-sell with partners as a Bluebeam expert.
- Clearly communicate and motivate multiple personalities by adjusting approach.
Here’s what we’d like to see in you:
- 3+ yeas in channel/reseller management and channel development (identifying and onboarding new resellers)
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (ideally fluent in English, French and German, but other languages such as /Spanish/Italian would highly desirable)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to present to an audience and all levels of a business including C-Suite
- Ability to lead sales conversations and define business objectives.
- Salesforce experience would be highly desirable
- Technology/Software/SaaS sales experience through the channel (preferred)
- Experience of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) space would highly desirable
