Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will have a progressive marketing background in campaign management, channel strategies, GTM execution, and sales enablement to drive lead acquisition and drive pipeline velocity for new business and account expansion. We’re looking for a marketing manager with a passion for customer-centric marketing, partnering closely with sales and product, and developing and innovating programs that resonate with our target audiences.

What You Will Do:
- Partner with the Sr. Marketing Director to support revenue growth by applying marketing disciplines to drive integrated marketing strategy, planning, execution, and communications.
- Develop, execute, and maintain a 12-month marketing calendar.
- Design, manage, and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, website, ads) and content marketing (case studies, whitepapers, articles) programs intended to generate sales leads, accelerate sales cycles and grow brand awareness.
- Develop concise, compelling messages, copy, and content; maintain a consistent message across various channels and formats.
- Own company communications strategy including awareness, branding, and messaging.
- Successfully implement, manage, and report on lead generation programs (inbound/outbound), while driving pipeline velocity.
- Lead and execute both online and in-person events. This includes webinars, trade shows, and partner events.
- Manage marketing operations and corresponding sales and marketing tools; analyze data and communicate information to the team(s) to ensure marketing strategies correspond to market demands.
- Research and analyze competitor offerings and market trends to determine company and product competitiveness.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market strategy, product launches, roadmaps, key partnerships, sales enablement, and refinement of marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement search engine optimization (SEO) tactics to improve organic search engine rankings and performance
- Create internal content (including graphics) as well as manage external agencies, vendors, creative teams, and copywriters.
- Establish goals, KPIs, and metrics for campaigns and assess campaign success at the campaign, activity, and channel levels to inform future campaign tactics.
- Develop and deploy marketing dashboards to track the effectiveness of campaigns across channels.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or similar
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment
- Experience in: Salesforce, HubSpot, GSC, GA, Google Ads, Tag Manager, LI Ads, Asana, Adobe Suite
- Vendor Management experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including ease with formulas and pivot tables
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

Salary: 90,000 - 110,000 (USD $)
