• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or related field.
• Broad understanding of the mathematical foundations behind machine learning and artificial intelligence, including linear algebra, calculus, statistics, and probability theory.
• Experience using popular machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras and scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, R, C++ or Go as well as SQL skills to work with large datasets.
• Experience of 4 to 10 years in AI and Machine Learning projects.
• Hands-on experience in building, training and optimizing machine learning models such as neural networks, classification, regression and clustering algorithms.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and apply preprocessing and data cleaning techniques.
• Knowledge of cross-validation techniques, feature selection and model evaluation to ensure system quality and performance.
• Experience implementing machine learning models in production environments, including performance and scalability optimization.
• Experience with cloud/big data technologies such as GCP/AWS/Azure, Hadoop, Spark, Kubernetes.
• Experience with data modeling.
• Advanced English level, written and spoken.

Additional knowledge:

• Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised and reinforcement machine learning concepts.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision algorithms and techniques.
• Experience in the design and development of deep learning and recommender systems.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development practices, such as DevOps and CI/CD.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex challenges related to machine learning.

• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical mindset and ability to approach problems in a structured manner.
• Curiosity to stay abreast of developments and trends in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Ability to be a self-taught learner and keep up to date in a constantly evolving field.
