We are experiencing hyper-growth and ArsenalBio is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract). This individual will partner with managers to find great candidates for immediate needs; help build a diverse funnel of near term and future prospects and facilitate their journey to becoming outstanding new hires.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be an integral part of our Talent Team by delivering the best experience for our candidates and Hiring Managers. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role will be based in South San Francisco and will report directly to Senior Director, Talent. This position will be hybrid.

What You Will Do

Responsible for full lifecycle recruitment of assigned roles
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and cultivate a network of passive talent
Screen candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and facilitate interview process with hiring teams while ensuring a positive candidate experience
Manage both candidate & hiring manager expectations and process end-to-end
Set expectations and consult with hiring managers regarding the hiring process and responsibilities
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruiting process and consult with them regarding staffing best practices, trends, issues and challenges
Optimize the use of technology to streamline and maintain our competitive edge in recruiting
Provide HR and management reporting as required
Propose and implement ongoing improvements to optimize recruitment efforts
Partner with People team members to build Talent Acquisition processes and programs, including interview training, social media recruitment strategy, etc.
Help manage relationships with third party vendors (if engaged)
Other recruiting, projects & HR operational duties as needed

What Will You Bring:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum of 8+ years of recruiting experience managing the full-life cycle candidate recruitment process (source, network, screen, recruit, market and close top talent) required
Proven track record of full lifecycle sourcing and recruiting in the BioPharma, life sciences industry supporting recruitment for one or more of the following functions: Research & Development, Scientific, Engineering and Clinical functions required
Evidence of a network of recruiting capabilities across leadership and IC roles
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines
Strong organizational and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build relationships within HR and with business leadership
Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Strong working knowledge of systems and tools including ATS, and Google Suite required
Proven track record of high volume, high quality recruitment across multiple business disciplines
Proven experience working in an early-stage start-up environment is preferred
